JG Water Heaters, Filtration and Plumbing

My 23 years old 75 Gallon water heater started leaking, and I was lucky to see it while working in the garage at 6pm. The builder, to save a few bucks, had not installed any valves to or from the water heater. I had no choice but to cut the water to the entire house and turn it on for just a short time, and cut off the gas line, ironically had a valve, to the water heater.

Checking the internet, found this company and called them. I had been treated with respect, even though after hours, and got some basic quotes on available water heaters, and availability.

Next day, few minutes before the scheduled appointment, one of the owners himself arrived. We had a really nice conversation and decided to upgrade the system to a thankless water heater. To do that he had no choice but to remove everything so we could see if the exhaust would work. He had no problem with doing the work step by step to make sure we were making the best decision.

Once the area was empty, I decided to clean up and paint the space before he comes back with the 2″ pipe to the roof, as well as working on condensation line to the laundry behind the water heater. The owners finished both prerequisites, and it was ready for installation of the new unit.

The system expert arrived again on time and as fast as possible installed the new system, tested the installation step by step. When he left there was no way anyone could have said such a job had been completed. Cleaner than what they have started to work in. All 5 people who I have talked to on the phone or came in to do various tasks, from removing the broken water heater to final installation, were extremely polite, knew exactly what they were doing, were very logical in the work, and very organized.

Frankly, I could not have asked for any better installation. The best service I have ever seen. Hats off to people who care about their customers, and know what they are doing.
